      Pros

      If you like to work on new projects, new technologies and opportunities this is great place with ample opportunities. Company has one of the best medical benefits, stock options, bonus structure.

      Cons

      Too much work, very less people. Cannot keep the talent. There is politics but I could careless.

      Lots of interesting projects. Awesome & amazingly bright engineers and peer managers. Great work-life balance. Good benefits package

      Cons

      Since acquisition in 2016 by Rovi, direction and vision are missing. It is not clear what the Board wants to do with this amazing company.

      High caliber people and very passionate management folks. Definitely place to work in the Silicon Valley if you want to be a part of transformational company.
