      Interesting work, flexibility, impact

      Pros

      Fun environment, interesting product, flexible work life balance. I'm able to see the impact of my work on a daily basis. Manager gives recognition for that. It's a great team to work with, everyone is open to improving the product.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better - more vacation, more entitled sick leave.
