      - Talented engineering team - Friendly atmosphere - Buzzing environment (in a good way) - Good growth opportunities for junior to mid level engineers

      - Very busy environment - Too many projects; too many meetings; too many late nights - Still no profits - no 401K contribution

      Pros

      No position is without responsibility, autonomy, and respect. The owner allows employees to make decisions and take initiative. Plus, dress is casual and hours run from 8-4 or 8:30- 4:40 (full-time).

      Cons

      Its a small office so vertical movement within company is nearly impossible. Also, everyone is cross-trained to do each others jobs so that we can cover each other in the event of vacation or absence (vacation and absences put a strain on rest of staff).
