      Pros

      There are some great people there but expect to be stretched thin. They pay well and have some great benefits. The stock has been very volatile which works out great with their ESPP program.

      Cons

      The business silos compete with each other causing many problems that just shouldn't be allowed to happen. The executive management is completely disconnected from the troops on the ground and makes ill-informed decisions because of it. They are focused on an industry to that is in decline.

      Hard work + profitability = surprise layoffs

      Extravagant holiday parties, decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Employees who contribute to the success and profitability of the company may be rewarded with surprise layoffs. Work is tedious; politics, confusion, and weak middle management are rampant; communication is poor; location in the middle of nowhere, no 401(k) match.
