Great company culture, environment, people, perks, and interesting work. Lots to learn and talented people to learn from.

Cons

It's going to be interesting to see where the company goes in the next 2-5 years. I'm not expert in this industry, but DVR technology seems to be slowly coasting to its eventual death. Will be curious to see if TiVo adapts or just rides the wave.

My boss really had my back. The company had decent benefits and work/life balance. Nice family events for the holidays, etc.
