Lack of clear direction from management, many things would need to be done twice or repaired because of department manager's lack of communication and follow through.

The culture shift went from taking care of their people, to taking care of ownership\management. HR and management don't care about employees like they used to.

Upper management has no direction Shift roles about every 8 months Don’t treat their salaried employees with any sort of career advancement. Minimal annual raises (not even cost of living)
