The pay is decent although, i took a 33,ooo dollar cut in pay

Cons

They don't seem to have any idea how to do a competitive analysis. The projection for my site was 700-800 cars a day. we did 650 every 2 weeks. My pay was largely based on volume and we didnt have any volume. THey screwed up on 2 marketing attempts. they expect you to be on site 47 hours a week (no biggie) but they also expect you to do outside sales. Since the volume wasnt there I took the fall.

-Good pay + evolving bonus structure -Huge support system / Culture team -Never bored (always something to clean or fix if business is slow)

Cons

-KPI expectations are challenging to consistently achieve -Only 1 Friday & 1 Saturday off per month -Hot Summer Days / Cold Winter Days -If you aren't mechanically inclined, repairs can be rough, although there is a huge support system
