Toxic favoritism culture with no opportunities for growth. Management constantly moves the goalposts, takes credit for employees’ work, and lacks transparency. Diversity is lacking, benefit premiums are high, and turnover is through the roof.

boss is flexible with time off

Cons

never can sit down even if it is completely dead and raining always being watched by the cameras and have something called a "camera score", got points taken off for not being able to be found while in the bathroom. Boss wanted to give me just a dollar raise after 10 months because i've been stepping up an doing extra things for him but couldn't because corporate denied it cause i haven't been with the company "long enough" pay is terrible.
