Pros

There are no pros of working here.

Cons

Where to start... The product is awful, losing customers much faster than conning them to come onboard. Tech choices, well, they are Java and EXT.js... Management is disingenuous. Mass layoffs, noncompetitive compensation, terrible benefits. Extremely high turnover in every department. Almost no one is still here that was here when I started less than 2 years ago. By far the worst experience I've ever had. A great career mistake...

Pros

Very nice peoples (it is not related to the management), friendly and ready to help. Interesting application, attractively looking and seems useful.

Cons

Weak, arrogant and unprofessional management. Any suspect you are not admired with the code implemented by your manager (even in format of question why this design was used) leads to very bad consequences.

Pros

Very ambitious technology for a small team. Impressive product vision from day one. Extremely nice people. Great office location. Small perks. Good PTO policy.

Cons

Lots of pain caused by early stage mistakes in choice of technology. Mixed history of technical leadership especially around the most sophisticated technology. Too many smart people from the original team left as a result.
