Gain industry experience related to transaction processing hosting for governments and businesses.
Cons
The management is not knowledgeable in their line of business. They have had ethic issues in the past too. Take a look at the stock report for the last 3 years. They have had to re-file Tier's taxes and re-list with Nasdaq. They made a mess of some of the divisions and are now selling them off. This is dragging down the stock. Senior management, with all the problems they appear to be good about giving themselves good salaries and benefits.
