      Cons

      These can be both PRO and CON. - The company is very fast paced - Employees need to understand Mid-market and Enterprise expectations and cadence, and be able to match this to individual customers at all times. - Family Healthcare costs, but to be fair, they are going up almost everywhere

That is so important, isn’t it? There is a theme on this page regarding our fast-paced environment. There is no denying it, it is part of our DNA here. In terms of benefits, our HR team has successfully been able to negotiate no cost changes for medical insurance costs for two years in a row (2020 & 2021). That is something to celebrate!

      Pros

      I've grown up in the ranks here at TierPoint, starting as an entry level position and now operating as a Senior Manager in IT. The room to grow in the company is definitely there. The company's entrepeneurial size and culture make it a great fit for some. It is for me. If you're someone that can see opportunities, and take the initiative to spark change and innovation, there is room to go far and make a difference on how this company does business. Low amounts of red tape, high amounts of satisfaction and reward. Senior management are down to earth, and an inspiration to work with.

Many individuals on our Senior Leadership team come with entrepreneurial backgrounds and that spirit shines brightly within the walls of TierPoint. If you can dream it, you can do it here and we will celebrate your accomplishments with you. That is how we rock and roll. In terms of compensation, thank you for sharing your perspective. We have found that we are doing such big things at TierPoint, that we are often compared to companies who are triple (or even bigger) our size and what they are able to offer employees. We certainly take pride in how meticulous we are in delivering a competitive and all-in benefits package. We will continue to use our resources and keep a pulse on our industry to identify other high impact changes we can make in the years to come.

      Great Company, Great People, Great Growth Opportunity

      Pros

      TierPoint is a fast-paced environment that includes long hours and change of direction quickly, however, the impact you get to see your work make and the appreciation provided to you is never forgotten. Personally, I have been involved on so many initiatives and have been given the freedom to create and introduce new ideas to employees is beyond rewarding.

      Cons

      Like every company, TierPoint, at times, can struggle with change or the dreaded, this is how we've always done it. Understanding that innovation is crucial for all areas of the business, internal and external, is challenging at times. The world is changing rapidly and TierPoint should move that way to stay competative.
