Pros
Some of the strongest talent in the industry. I am amazed by many of our sales folks, but also our Sales Engineers and Solutions architects, which are essential to our success. It is actually some of the review I have seen that are causing me to write this, because they couldn't be more off. I can only assume they are written by disgruntled employees. Also, we have been built on acquisitions, so I can empathize that change is hard and we have seen a lot. That said, if you cant embrace change in Telecom, you should not be in Telecom. I have been in this industry for over 25 years, and no company is perfect, but we have a CEO who in my opinion, cares more about his employees than a majority of the CEO's out there. He also cares about our culture and just as importantly....our customers. Again, I am less than 2 years here, but have been thoroughly impressed by the people and the company. I came from an ugly culture and this has been very refreshing.
Cons
Working through integration issues is always a challenge and can effect morale, but I have been here almost two years, and while we have had issues, every company has and the dedication from the Senior Team on down is apparent on a daily basis
