Cons

Medical insurance is lacking. Need wider benefits. Promise no raise in benefit; however, what’s cover keeps decreasing.

Pros

The top pro for me is the strong engineering culture. I've been in tech a long time and some places, you get on a phone call and people just want to know why they're there. Whose fault is it. There are always problems in IT. Here, people are almost excited to be on a call to have a problem to solve. I love that. There are some other good things. Strong family culture. Respect is strong. And career advancement is strong.

Cons

The hardest part is more the industry than the firm. Tech is so fast and furious and it can be hard to keep up. I do feel like this firm invests in employee training.
