Pros

Sparkly on the outside, dead on the inside.

Cons

You know a lot about a retail company when they make their workers work on CHRISTMAS DAY. They made my husband work Christmas Day 2023. Tiffany is ANTI-FAMILY. Very sad.

Pros

Good benefits, beautiful Landmark, great product

Cons

Toxic leadership, super high turnover, low commision, super stressful, intense, everyone at the Landmark looking for other opportunities, culture seem to be miserable

Pros

- Good employee discount - Looks great on resume - Good learning experience

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work you are required to do. Lean teams due to everyone quitting. Inflexible remote work policy due to new CEO (who was previously involved in a racial lawsuit here). High expectations, no formal training, many people play the blame game and it doesn’t feel like a team. No room for growth. Externally they want you to think they are D&I champions but internally there is little to no diversity especially at the senior management level. Lack of support from leadership. Extremely hierarchical.
