Pros

- Peer-to-peer support was great - Decent breaks and pto - Beautiful collections

Cons

- If they like you too much, you will get pigeonholed - Terrible management, too busy being catty and looking down on others to offer any real support - Average salesperson is not GIA certified; company no longer sponsors even when folks self-advocate

Pros

If you’re starving or about to evicted from your home I guess this place could be a temporary means of solving those problems

Cons

South/Central American Sweatshop operating in America owned by French scumbags paying hard working people low wages to skillfully manufacture 10’s of, if not 100’s of thousands of dollars worth of fine jewelry on a daily basis. Metal free clothing policy, come to work dressed like a slob or look like an idiot tucking a button down into draw string pants. Dirty restrooms. (some) Miserable security guards that you’ll deal with entering/exiting the secure area (i.e. where you work). 2 weeks paid vacation but 4 days automatically applied to factory shutdown in December, you know, the best time for vacation in Rhode Island. Office workers making 6 figures a year look at the skilled workers like scum. Overall this company sucks. The State of RI should kick them out. Go learn a trade and work for a local company for some real money and let these cocksuckers keep exploiting people fresh off the boat.

Pros

The only good thing is the employee discount

Cons

- company does not appreciate employees, no work life balance - People left the company (either fired or found a better opportunity) and the company does not fill those vacancies. The ones left have to pick up all the work with no salary increase or compensation. - No bonus - No career advancement opportunity at all. Because you are given too much work to do. Of course, you are unable to excel since it's way more than the workload you can handle. At year end review, the company use this against you and give you a bad rating. Thus, you do not get any salary increase nor bonus. - Overall, it's a terrible place to work at. Please expect nothing when you work there. - Culture is really bad as well.
