Pros

- Exciting to be a part of a globally recognized, amazing brand. - Company and product have longevity. - Opportunities to work on exciting projects. - Work with great external partners, excited to support brand. - Willingness to share best practices.

Cons

- Disappointing corporate culture. Polite but many unfriendly and cold. - No work/life balance. Very long hours. Difficult to start a family or raise young children. Many leave the company to have any time for that. - Creativity and deadlines impacted by lots of approval chains, slow processes. - Few team players. Many play the blame game.

Pros

WFH Independence Literally nothing else at all

Cons

literally everything else. Low pay for high level of work and stress, tone death management, over trained on sales calls which are rare, hardly trained for service calls which make up majority of volume. Was told by HR that we would only have to work every other weekend. Upon acceptance of offer and weeks into training head of training tells us that we have to work every weekend and to contact HR if "that's a problem" (this was not said nicely)

Pros

*Overtime available during holidays *People in the department are nice

Cons

*Management uses individuals especially seasonal *No prospects of transitioning into a permanent position even if you do good work, they just keep you as a seasonal so they do not have to pay benefits *If you do good work be prepared to pick up other peoples loads *The pay is not good *If you want to eat your lunch during your break, good luck because if you have to warm it up and/or go to the cafe by the time you come back to your desk your break will be over
