1. Work life balance 2. Culture 3. People are supportive 4. Sometimes if you get good mentors you can learn a lot

Cons

1. Increment is very bad, 2. Projects can be repetitive and not related to your profile, 3. The trainings that they are making mandatory nowadays are total waste of your time, no value with worst content 4. Mentor connects are very rare, mentor will never connect with you and give a bad feedback even if he doesn’t know you and what you are doing.
