Pros

The people on your team

Cons

Leadership. Hands down one of the least effective and impressive leadership teams out there. From top down it is people who should not be in these positions. Random decrees that have no applicability to the business. The “CXO” just watches the internal bot app tracking return to office. Extremely low pay and no way to ever get an increase. They will gaslight you for as long as possible dangling carrots but never ever getting a real compensation increase. No career growth. App to literally track people coming to the office. They talk about culture but it’s non existent. Constant work with 0 recognition. It’s always why not do more. They give teams homework as if our job wasn’t enough to do.

Pros

You'll find that many people here are extremely friendly and eager to do interesting work.

Cons

1. Black employees make less than their white and asian counterparts. They don't have objective criteria for promotions. It's all subjective, and manager play favorites. TOXIC AND RACIST PLACE! 2. Also, the senior employees below the CEO are all from China and are the ones calling the shots.

Pros

- If you find a sales position and hit your numbers consistently, the pay could actually be decent. Just don't expect a raise.

Cons

- There is absolutely no motivation to do anything beyond the bare minimum. - Leadership is atrocious. Communication is very poor. - Hiring is a joke. - Stock grants are laughably low. - The Chinese culture creates unnecessary bureaucracy for pretty much anything you want to do.
