      Pros

      It’s fun to talk about TikTok. Had great clients.

      Cons

      Constantly changing org structure, had like 7 managers in 2 years. No clear long term vision for the company. Very easy to be paid much less than your peers for doing the same if not more work. Lots of inexperienced middle managers. Often unrealistic and random sales quotas. Very complicated internal procedures. Not a ton of diversity.

      Wonderful coworkers, kind people, and great benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of company politics going on with leadership not knowing what they're doing. Always talk of the company being a start-up and "building the ship while they fly it." Makes for a toxic work environment for employees doing the absolute most. Very little room for growth even with outstanding performance.
