You will learn rocket fast because you are always pushed by overloaded tasks. A fresh NG will handle serveral senior level jobs under limited guides

Cons

0 WLB, work work work if you are a Chinese speaker. You will be working with people in China during night for sure. But for non-Chinese speakers, you life will be much better because the leadership will have 0 expectation from you, you can basically chill all days.

They have really great TC for all levels.

Cons

Sh!t WLB - 24 hr long messages and meetings since you work on global teams. Sh!t culture - nobody knows what they striving for. There is no culture for innovation and people are just chasing mindless OKRs. Sh!t management - managers don't have an overall vision of their team or department. They won't help you grow in your career, and just want to use you as a resource to achieve their team goals. If you ask them for the team/department/company's long term vision they will go mute on you lol.
