Pros

Almost everyone at Tillster is an excellent professional. The company offers a great work-life balance and a full remote setting. It has well-known clients, good products, and it's financially stable.

Cons

It's difficult to grow and evolve our product management skills because product people work as backlog managers instead of real product managers. The CEO centralizes most of the decisions, which makes the decision-making process really slow.

Attitude of the fellow colleagues is very good, everybody likes to help. HR team are always present and trying to get the best journey to their employees.

Cons

Depending on the team you might be closed on a silo and not have an overall view of the company, besides that nothing to point out.
