Pros

Wonderful management. Got to learn alot when it came to my career but that's about it. The employee meals are pretty cheap too.

Cons

Low pay, no direction, management doesn't know what they are doing half the time. High turnover rate specially since the pay rate sucks. Perfect job for a high school student just getting into the job market.

Fun environment. Great employees usually. You get to work with arcade equipment. You would think that's good right? Read on.

Cons

Management. Management. Management. Write ups in the same realm as babysitting a two year old and telling them no staring at strangers. It's the most backstabbing lie of a company. You're CEO's need to look at the management and fix it. Favoritism? Check. Communication? No. What would be a fantasy job is tainted by the lack of legitimacy of the upper management in these stores.
