The in store staff and management were a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The GM of the location that I was at is working 90 hours a week! Corporate is horrible. Emails from them were unnecessarily rude. HR/Payroll is a complete joke, as I was never paid correctly for the 3 months that I was there. They gave conflicting info every time I spoke with them, and did not honor the pay agreement that was made when hired. After I quit, I found out that they had lowered my pay rate a month prior with absolutely no notification. If I had been notified, I wouldn't have wasted another month of my life working there. No one in their right mind should work for this company as it is currently.

- every employee always calls out, so there's more hours - customers are rude unless they get what they want - management promises to give you anything to stay, but never follows through

Cons

- terrible, unreliable, passive aggressive management - huge corporation that sees employees as replaceable - keeping up with their standards is stressful and impossible

This is a great first job when in High School, they work really well with my school schedule. Management was amazing and help me build characteristics to help me improve in the work force.

Cons

The pay was not so great in regards of receiving any type of promotions
