Pros

The staff was friendly, very good with accommodating my schedule

Cons

Very political atmosphere, you wont get promotions/raises unless you suck up to management. Also at my restaurant in particular I am paid less than every other baker despite having more experience, covering more shifts, working longer hours and being a baker for about two years because I am a white male

Pros

Easy-going fun place to work. The kids who have problems haven't worked other places and can't compare.

Cons

Minimum wage job - is good for kids just starting out in the workforce, or older folks who just want a supplemental income, without stress.
