      Pros

      Timber Ridge is a great workplace. All my employees have been here for a very long time. We all love it here we believe that making a difference in the lives of others matters while at the same time they offer worklife balance which other companies don’t if you’ve never tried working for a retirement home, you should try it, it’s more than just a retirement home fine fine dining lots to do to do it and tons of friendly people. I really enjoy being here. It’s the best job ever.

      Cons

      As far as cons, there’s really no cons. It’s just a great all-around place to work.
