From day one at Timber Ridge, the residents and staff have been delightful. The company promotes growth and wants to see you succeed, you just have to put in the work. I have worked in various careers across various industries and nothing compares to Timber Ridge. You can’t beat the culture, and what other company has an entire committee devoted to monthly employee appreciation?! I hope to be here for a long time coming.

Cons

You must be understanding of the residents that have beginning stages of dementia and other various mental diseases. They can be hard to deal with, but 99% of the other residents more than make up for it.
