Great Place to Work - - Amazing Residents!

Pros

I love the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our Residents. Our team is constantly looking for ways to do our jobs better and more quickly. I like the fact that they promote from within and people definitely care.

Cons

Things can get a little stressful at times. There are alot of students in the F&B department so there is alot of turnover when they leave to go back to school or when their schedules change.

Some residents are so sweet and appreciative of everything that you do for them.

Cons

- No parking - Horrible management - Coworkers that won’t carry their own work load - No structure/management literally bs everything - Favourtisim - Low pay for the things you have to do

Pros

The Residents are wonderful and generous, and for the most part, truly thankful for the work you do.

Cons

Several Directors make the environment unnecessary challenging and frustrating and they lose people because of this. Department heads also cause and ignore a lot of background drama that contributes to a toxic environment.
