Thank you for the feedback. Health Insurance, I agree, could always be better. Benefits administration is an area of opportunity that we look at every year. The good news is that each year we add more or look for ways to give back to our team members. Would you be willing to send me an email to provide suggestions of what precisely would be helpful in this area? HR@TimberlandPartners.com, and please title the email benefits suggestions. Thank you in advance for your willingness to help us improve!

Thank you for this feedback. It is clear to us that we need to work on the experience that our Part Time team members have when they are new to the company. The on-boarding, training, and support during the first twelve months are critical, and we are focused on changes to provide better support! Should you have any other feedback to help us reach our full potential, please e-mail HR@TimberlandPartners.com.

Pros

Travel to Minnesota once a year but are put through grueling 3 day workshop. They offer insurance but its terrible. Finally started offering some training. Class A property.

Cons

50 plus hour work weeks. You are a number only. Make one mistake and your out. No accountability, power hungry and very impersonal/rigid. Dont care about the people. Everyone is easily replaceable.

Thank you for your response. We continuously strive to provide an outstanding work environment, and we're sorry you felt under-valued. We understand that team members are the backbone and strength of the company and appreciate the hours they give and the efforts they make in making the company great and providing our residents an outstanding place to live. We're pleased you enjoyed the trip to Minnesota. We work hard to show our appreciation during that event. We have three days together learning, having fun and then celebrating the successes of our team members. During this time, we provide more than 20 awards for outstanding performance and peer recognition. We also acknowledge the challenge every company faces with insurance today, and in 2018, we have offered the best and least expensive plans (for employees) in the history of the company. We were able to offer no increases on two of our plans and a 23% decrease in two others. We will continue to improve benefits each year because we realize it is essential for keeping team members and making this a great place to work.
