Pros

Nice HQ with free lunch and baristas on site. Was a fun place to work because of events and things in office. Team was generally nice.

Cons

Match group is too involved and doesn’t allow the team to just do their jobs. Leadership is constantly being canned and none of them ever really have any ideas or direction.
