Pros

With a field that is constantly changes, we always have to be on our toes. People at Elite SEM are knowledgeable about the industry and inform each other of new products or services, which we then can share with our clients. Employees lookout for one another, and will offer to lend a hand whenever needed.

Cons

Being small agency, there isn't a whole lot of time to cover everything. You learn a lot on your own. So if you aren't a self learner, it could be a bit of a challenge.

Pros

Elite offers some of the best benefits from 401k matching, to free lunch and a flex work schedule. I can work from home whenever i need to and also take off to do personal chores in the middle of the day that can wait. By far the best perk is the compensation. I make 2x the amount I would at the same job at another firm.

Cons

We don't advertise enough. i would like to see our brand appear in more trade pubs.

Pros

There's no competition here, a ton of freedom, no micromanagement, direct compensation, and limitless vacation days. Need I say more? Ok, I will. Now you'd think with limitless vacation no one would ever work, quite the contrary, we're all pretty conservative with it. Probably because that pesky direct compensation drives us to make our clients very happy, and you can't do that if you're always on vacation. However, you can make those clients happy from just about anywhere there's an internet connection, which brings me to my next point, freedom. Elite leaves a lot up to the individual, so if you work from home, need to work odd hours, or want to take a working vacation for 3 months in the Caribbean, it's not really a problem. In fact, you rarely hear no around here, but I think that speaks as much to the employees as it does to the leadership. And that's really the essence of what makes Elite great, a mix if well developed incentives from leadership and really awesome employees, no wonder no one wants to leave (to date, no employee turnover).

Cons

High risk of work-a-holism. I don't think anyone here isn't an workaholic, which makes it hard to separate work from life. It's an individual choice to be a workaholic, and I don't plan to be one forever, (hey man, I can quit anytime I want) but for now it suits me. I'm young, driven, and really happy to be here, so why not.
