You will like who you work with. The culture is amazing. People will be very friendly and supportive, and fun to be around.

Cons

It's hard to make a real impact on the decision-making for the games that are made (but small effects are easy).

They pay a very competitive salary. They are also well-funded and will be around a while.

Cons

They burn you by forcing 11+ hour days and weekend time. Also, senior management is inaccessible and inexperienced. The products they make are also clones of other successful games. Creativity is not encouraged.
