The people I worked with in San Mateo are genuinely the nicest people I have ever worked with. Everyone wants you to succeed, willing to help and collaborate, and works hard. All believe that the company is on the right trajectory, which makes you work harder with optimistic outlook.

Cons

The salary, benefits, and perks are not the most competitive. Strong mandate on working from the office (on a hybrid schedule) and lacks flexibility.

Management. Company is very product feature driven and the business decisions take a back seat. Also they are very poor at implementing the product which means frustrations for clients and extremely delayed commissions for sales
