Tipalti hires great people, and they try to surround the work environment with a more positive energy and get things done.

Cons

They just laid off 11% of the workforce across the board and cost a lot of hard-working people their jobs, including myself. They preach working hard together but then discard you the moment their bottom line sees any threat.
