Pros

Culture was good at first, and some of the team members were pleasant to work with.

Cons

There’s a lot of turnover within the sales org including favoritism with certain managers and other reps. The culture has changed for the worse and some of the managers in the role don’t fully support all team members equally thus making you feel not included when needed.
