Pros

Insightful leadership team with a very nurturing culture. They are truly invested in the success of each of their employees. I'm truly impressed with the combined intellect of my colleagues and the experience each brings to the table. The agility of the product team and the responsiveness to deliver an ever evolving, high quality product/service is amazing. This is a well thought out and well executed platform successfully disrupting global supplier payments and AP automation space.

Cons

Perhaps they could improve pay/benefits to remain on par with industry standards. Nothing else I can think of
