      Another layoff wasting time

      Pros

      A lot of the people that work there are good folks and the pay is overall good. While it is 3 days in office, food is provided which is a good plus.

      Cons

      They play in a very competitive market with no strong differentiators against up and coming competition which is causing stress at the C-level and trickles down through the rest of the organization. Not sure where budgets are going but not necessarily into optimizing for a truly competitive product which is squeezing revenues, leading to another round of layoffs. Before joining the company I inquired about previous layoffs and they told me they were a different company from when that happened… and proceeded to layoff half the sales org a few months later.
