      Very sales focused organisation at the detriment to the product, meeting legal and regulatory obligations, ethical business practices No bonuses for non sales roles Consistently delay the pay review cycle Very poor european / uk parental leave policies to align with the US/Canada Stock option scheme is misleading - you buy and lock the cash up until IPO Bit police state about office days (they track via laptop location) - odd!
