Interview stage was very straight forward. Everyone was nice and friendly at that stage

Cons

A lot of promises had been made at the interview stage but none kept. Worked and achieved over 160% of my quota on my first quarter and still sacked before end of second quarter due to performance, even though I was one of two employee hitting quota out of 14 people. On top, I only got paid a small fraction of my bonus due to discrepancy. I was sad and at the same time happy the day I was fired, as I was micromanaged and bullied at my workplace. I would not refer anyone working for Tipalti.

Nice people and great atmosphere hybrid (3 days from office / 2 days from home) nice office

Cons

Very low salary compared to the market No bonuses or special benefits Very cheap events Daily lunch of 55 nis that you can use only when working from the office No healthy food (chocolate and trash food everywhere)
