Everyone here is great and very helpful in helping new people succeed. This is an overall great company to work for

Cons

There is a lot of basic training, but most of the assigned work you get they don't train on. So you will be stuck trying to figure things out on your own, until someone is available to show you haw to do it. With that said though, they do have a lot of support meeting to go through the tougher tasks that you may get. Its just the amount of work can pile up from the unresolved tasks.

solid product and lots of upside on some deals

Cons

takes way too long to receive commission payouts and there are a alot of clawbacks due to failed implementations. You never know how much you'll actually make
