Free lunches, Fun outings. Good if you have a good manager

Cons

Someone got fired for speaking against a certain political place so keep opinions to yourself. Not as promotion-welcoming as they were a year ago even to top performers. Very few outbound reps hit quota now

Nice office and team members, good salary, and comp plan.

Cons

The only chance you will succeed here is if you have a strong territory or segment, otherwise good luck. All focus is given to reps with the best territories, reps are promoted to managers with zero experience just because they closed big inbound deals. Big lack of support post-sale meaning deals don't go live.
