Pros

Love my department/ work with great people on a daily basis, pay is fair, great work environment in Sharonville, pretty good work life balance.

Cons

Honestly not many. The few that come to mind would be lack of collaboration between different levels and departments of the company. The communication is there, just not always the collaboration and follow through. The other thing that comes to mind is the quality of the bathroom tissue, at least two ply would be nice.

TD encourages advancement opportunities to those that are not afraid of working hard and have a winning attitude to succeed. This career succession is not only rewarding financially, but personally gratifying that you have the ability to help train, coach and mentor other folks in your footprint as you rise to the top. The vast majority of our leadership team started as I did in the shop and we all know too well the challenges and occasional frustrations that come from working in the tire and automotive repair industry. Our leadership team tries very hard to constantly improve our programs and systems to strive to be the very best place to work. This company has a team of folks that truly care and I am proud to see that our leadership team is often in the stores working side by side with the most important folks...our tire technicians. If the leaders of this company do their jobs right, their tire technicians will be the next leaders of this great organization.

Cons

Success is not easy, it takes hard work and dedication. It also takes patience. Although this company is constantly working towards being the best automotive retailer in the industry, they are not perfect and sometimes have hiccups. Every issue I have seen that got presented to the leadership team gets treated with urgency and action. I know they have some exciting things for the next few years and although will likely take some hard work, I am extremely excited to be a part of it.

Pros

Outstanding company with a lot of room for personal and professional growth - they truly look to promote from within the company. We work hard, but have fun doing it and the rewards and recognition for performance are great. Benefit program is better than most large companies. They have managed to keep the family feel with all the benefits of a larger company.

Cons

Fast-paced and you have to be ready for change. Sometime change comes very quickly without explaining the why behind the change. However, this culture is changing for the better.
