None, those days left when the hart and soul of the company died. It used to be a great company to work for the massive firing of store managers and corporate personal. Pay was greatly reduced and titles was striped. Forget cost of living increases because every one took twenty steps backwards.
Cons
All smoke and mirrors. High pressure sales to the max. You have to be a mix of used car salesman, lawyer, and a crooked politician. Long hours low pay,and unrealistic sales goals. Nightmare upper management. Greed is now the companies mission statement at any cost, which means you the employee, and customers. Forget any family life or social life. No breaks so get used to eating on the run. And all yes you are being watched by big brother per video camera 24 7
