Cons

The lack of care for the amount of short staffing at most stores it scary. The health insurance is triple what I pay currently for even better coverage on health and medications. Unwillingness to give a proper raise. Lack of recognition.

Sadly this is not a review from a “disgruntled” employee. Pros… maybe the employee discount but even that is a hassle.

Cons

From the top down, Lack of communication across the board. The company is an attempted monopolization of the tire world, they purchase mom and pop places then sell their product. The pay scale is not correct, there is a promise of 65 to 80,000 per year with a high base salary of 37,000.00 that’s roughly $17.00 per hour leaving a bonus structure based on 12 percent year to year growth…. It’s impossible. And the hours basically Monday to Saturday 7am to 5:30pm, Saturdays are 6:30 to noon currently. They promise the world and back it with lies. I have in fact told people not to interview for fear of their family lives.
