Pros

New shops and new equipment

Cons

Pay is lacking for the area. In addition, upper management continues to adjust pay scales and forces workers to sign new pay plans to "fit" their model. Upper management changes often and when they do get someone that actually cares about their people, they push him until he steps down or resigns. The company does not provide a solid training structure unless you're in Cincinnati. Store managers change often and they work them ridiculous hours until they find another opportunity. Two days off in a row doesn't exist and if a holiday comes along, that is considered the manager's day off and he gets nothing but extra work. Pay for management as well as counter staff is lacking. Most people can make more money at a fast food restaurant than they can as a tire technician. Service managers are paid like sales associates for other companies. Policies are put into place, forced on everyone, and then changed within 30 days. No one seems to know what's going on. Work life balance is horrible. A couple years ago, it was stated the general managers work 46 hours. Then the scale changed and not they are required to work more than the service managers while the service managers are capped at 50 hours.
