No work life balance. Poor Leadership. Unprofessional conduct by management

Hard working staff. Nice new physical environment to work in. Service staff is knowledgeable and the team is very customer centric.

Cons

Regional Leadership through forced intimidation towards GMs cause them to steal from their sales staff to meet their quotas creating animosity. Elementary impersonal phone scripts for sales. Top sellers of the company should be exempt from script. If the script is not correctly spewed on shopped calls you get to go for a training held by someone who can't out sell you, after shop hours . Your already 13 hour day turns into 15 hours away from your family. Love the punishment for a job well done.

We understand how you feel about the phone script and have heard similar comments from newer associates. What we have discovered over our 40 years is that the phone script keeps our selling associates on track and never intended for it to be simply read. Education and coaching. Regional management support. Plenty of great people to reach out to. Reasonable hours. Stores are typically well staffed.

Cons

Income can be unsteady. Never have 2 days off in a row. Too many ways to deduct bonus. I feel like pay could be better.
