Tire Discounters Tire Tech

Pros

Don’t need anything of your own to perform your job. (Tire Techs only)

Cons

Oh god where to start. 1. Completely terrible managment (had 6 different General Managers in the time I worked here, course of 2 years. 2. It’s all a front, you’ll get told this and that and all the wonders the company has to offer you, but you won’t get anything ever. 3. Tire tech turnover rate was about 1-2 months. 4. Your always reminded that you’re replaceable. 5. You have a set schedule but will always be the first one to get cut if your arnt “busy enough”. So good luck planning on budgeting.
