insurance, knowledge, and hard lessons to "toughen your skin"

Cons

unfair treatment to the handicapped female counterperson who had to pass a mechanic type physical just to keep her job. which management thought and showed their feelings of hope that she wouldn't pass and showed utter surprisement when she did. constantly telling her not to do something to only turn around and do what they told her not to do. Constantly degrading her.
