The management and device area are in constant battle. Very hard to get get compensated for your labor.

Pros

Great pay, bonus plan. Vacation time., great insurance and other benefits. Education and training are very extensive. Large corporation with room to grow.

Cons

Long hours. Little home life. Upper management will push for you to work well above 45-50 hours. Vacation time is sub-par, unless you have been there at least 15 years. A lot of outside hires for jobs above store Manager, probably more than 50% in recent years.

-The pay CAN be good depending on location and wether or not your managers like you. -Good discounts when its time to service your personal vehicle.

Cons

-Poor company ethics. -little to no regard for the worker. -sketchy/dishonest sales tactics -Extreme pressure on production. -slave-like work for sometimes mediocre pay. -absolutely no work/life balance at store level regardless of position. -unrealistic expectation on procedures with time given to complete them. -advancement depends heavily on weather or not managers like you, not on how good you are. -Empty promises of promotions and pay increases are regularly given, yet they rarely come true or take longer than promised to come true.
