Management sucks, they don't stick to what they tell you at all, no steady hours, management changes schedule whenever they want, don't pay enough

Good job especially if you like to work with your hands. they teach you everything you need to know. If you like working on cars its a good job.

Cons

Fast paced job at times. Managers can be on you to get cars out. HR is not very helpful
