      decent pay and laid back work enviroment

      Cons

      corporate cares more about bottom line and company image than employees. they also keep making changes to equipment and consumables in the name of cost. managers are grossly overpaid work half days and sit around barking orders.

      Pros

      Good benefits through Bridgestone, some room for advancement.

      Cons

      The pay is not great and management in the stores as well as throughout the district is not good. If you are looking to join a company that is welcoming, then I would stay away from this one. They do not work with schedules well. Management doesn't care much about employees. The shop is a mess and it really isn't anything that cleaning can fix. it's an old building that needs work in the front and back shop.
